DOING BUSINESS with Full Circle Business

 At Full Circle Business Solutions, we believe in flexibility with no long-term contracts or hidden commitments. Services are provided on a month-to-month basis. If you wish to cancel, simply provide written notice at least one full calendar month in advance.

For example:

• If notice is given on May 15, services continue through June 30. 
• If notice is given on June 30, services end July 31.
   

This ensures smooth transitions, accurate final reporting, and uninterrupted claim processing for your clinic.

We work with clinics of all sizes, including solo providers to multi-location groups. There are no minimum claim volumes, revenue thresholds, or term requirements. Whether you need short-term assistance or full-scale management, our services scale to fit your needs.

Billing Tiers:
Billing tier clients are invoiced monthly, with payments automatically deducted on the 20th of each month for services rendered in the prior month.

• ACH payments: no processing fee.
• Credit card payments: 2.99% processing fee applies.
   

A La Carte Services:
A La Carte projects are paid in advance of work beginning. For multi-service or extended projects, payment may be made incrementally as work progresses, but each phase must be paid in full before that portion begins.
